“I want this salad for our wedding.” that’s what popped first in my mind when I first ate that salad. It was wedding season and Antje and me were planning our wedding. It is ridicilous yummy and everybody enjoyed it.

Ingredients
- Figs – 4 figs
- Mozzarella – 1 package fresh mozzarella
- Basil – bunch basil
- Olive oil –
- Balsamic vinegar –
- Salt and Pepper –
Instructions
- This salad is accomplished in less than 10min! Quarter the figs, slice the mozzarella and make a nice arrangement, add leaves of fresh basil, sprinkle some olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper over the dish. Maybe add some toasted bread. Enjoy!
