Spicy Plum Salsa
- Tomato – 1 tomato equal in size to your plum, diced
- Plum – 1 plum, diced
- 2 tablespoons minced chives
- a big pinch of sea salt
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar, or seasoned rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon agave or honey
- 1 small hot wax pepper, minced, or small jalapeño, seeds removed
- chili or red pepper flakes, finely minced, to taste
- Mix ingredients in a bowl. Improves refrigerated with age.
