Raw Beet & Wakame Salad


  • saw shredded beets
  • raw broccoli florets
  • mixed spicy greens (arugula, tat soi, etc.)
  • rings of hot wax (or banana) pepper
  • sprinkle of sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons wakame seaweed
  • sesame oil to taste, don’t go crazy
  • olive oil, to taste
  • seasoned rice vinegar, to taste
  • salt & pepper


  1. Mix them all together.
