Another quick salad fix with recycled goods. A tangy, crunchy medley. And healthy to boot!
Raw Beet & Wakame Salad
- saw shredded beets
- raw broccoli florets
- mixed spicy greens (arugula, tat soi, etc.)
- rings of hot wax (or banana) pepper
- sprinkle of sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons wakame seaweed
- sesame oil to taste, don’t go crazy
- olive oil, to taste
- seasoned rice vinegar, to taste
- salt & pepper
- Mix them all together.
