Italian Tuna Salad

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Total Time: 10 minutes


  • 1 can Italian tuna packed in olive oil
  • 1 can white beans (I’ve used pink and it tastes the same)
  • 1 diced red bell pepper
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • capers, to taste
  • black olives, quarters (get tasty ones not those bits of black rubber in a can)
  • red and orange grape tomatoes, halved


  1. Toss together with more olive oil, seasoned rice wine vinegar, salt and pepper. If possible, make a couple of hours ahead to let flavors blend.
