Curried Chicken Salad

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

Salad

  • two chicken breasts
  • about 23 celery stalks, chopped into small pieces
  • 1 heaping handful of raisins

Sauce

  • 23 tablespoons mayo
  • 12 tablespoons curry powder
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. All to taste. If you like it with more mayo, then add more. I don’t so mine is chock full of spices!
