Curried Chicken Salad

Prep Time: 10 minutes


  • two chicken breasts
  • about 2-3 celery stalks, chopped into small pieces
  • 1 heaping handful of raisins
  • Sauce
  • 2-3 tablespoons mayo
  • 1-2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • salt & pepper to taste


  1. All to taste. If you like it with more mayo, then add more. I don't so mine is chock full of spices!
