Bobby hosted the first meeting for his first semester business school team, self-dubbed “The Lunch Club.” Of course, I volunteered to cook! Well, I didn’t have much time to cook so here is what manifested on the table. Enjoy this sample menu for throwing together an easy, filling, bright and flavorful spread:

Assorted Olives
Assorted Cheeses
Assorted cold cuts, including speck and mortadella
Sliced Cucumber
Sweet Corn (the sweetest I’ve ever feasted on), with Butter and Sea Salt
Baguette
Peach, Tomato & Chive Salad, with Chopped Cilantro (for the lovers)
